My son, Trevor Treadwell (12 yrs. old), being attacked by a scary monster in San Francisco, CA, our previous hometown.

The "monster" in the photo agreed with us to taking the photo and didn't stipulate any regulations to what we did with the picture. So to me, he released any rights with what we do with the picture.
