You MUST download and print out the Official Rules to submit with your film. Please be sure to sign, date, and fill out the submission information.
Make sure you have permission to use the locations, appearance and property of others in your film (including artwork, TV and film clips, trademarks and music), or that you are otherwise allowed to use them. It's a good idea to get this permission in writing. Chiller has posted some sample contracts that may be helpful to you, but you don't need to use these, and you're free to use something else that works better for you. Chiller's sample forms may not satisfy your needs or the law in your area, so please check with an attorney.
