"DARE TO DIRECT” CONTEST
VOTING PROCEDURES AND DISCLAIMER

How can I place my votes for my favorite films in Chiller’s “Dare To Direct” contest?
To vote, simply go to “Dare To Direct” page, at www.chillertv.com/Dare_To_Direct, and navigate to the voting link. View as many or as few of the featured films as you like. Voting is available for each featured film in three categories: Best Picture, Creepiest Character, and Scariest Special Effects (each of these is a “Voting Category”). Each time you vote on a film, you can cast up to five ratings points for that film in each Voting Category. Each film is accompanied by a line of five skulls for each Voting Category. Each skull represents one possible rating point in that Voting Category. To vote in a designated Voting Category, click on the number of skulls that represents the rating you want to assign to that film. The skulls increase in rating value from left to right, so that clicking on the far left skull results in a rating of one and clicking on the far right skull results in a rating of five, with five being the highest rating. When the page updates you will see an updated average rating for the film in that Voting Category as reflected by skulls highlighted in red. You do not have to vote on each film and you do not have to vote in each Voting Category for a film. The on-line vote will be open from September 21, 2007 through 3:00 a.m. EST on October 2, 2007 (the “Voting Period”).

Can everyone vote?
Any person may vote to rate any film on the site during the Voting Period. If you have cast a vote in a particular Voting Category for a particular film, you may be required to wait a period of time before another vote from your computer will be successfully recorded in the same Voting Category for that film. The duration of this waiting period may change during the Voting Period but will be consistent for everyone at any given time. Administrators reserve the right to change the limit on the number of votes that may be made from each originating computer. Any such change will be available at www.chillertv.com/Dare_To_Direct.

Disclaimer:
All rules and procedures are subject to change at Administrators’ sole discretion. Chiller and NBC Universal, Inc. (“Administrators”) shall have the right to void any vote that appears, in Administrators’ sole discretion, to be an automated vote and/or any “hack” violating the voting rules or otherwise interfering with the administration of the vote. Administrators reserve the right in their sole discretion to withdraw the transmission of, or otherwise disregard, any such vote and/or permanently disqualify from any contest or promotion any person it believes has intentionally violated these voting rules. Moreover, Administrators may, in their sole discretion, terminate the voting at any point before the close of the Voting Period and determine the results based on the votes up to that point, if it appears to Administrators in their sole discretion that the voting process has been so distorted by hacking or other interference that the results would not reflect actual valid votes should the voting continue. Administrators and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns assume no responsibility for: (1) any injury or damage to any person’s computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this vote; or (2) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind; or (3) inaccurate transcription of voting information; or (4) errors in any promotional or marketing materials; or (5) any human or electronic error in connection with the voting and/or tallying of the votes; or (6) votes that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer or telephonic transmissions, lost, or late. By participating, each individual agrees to release and hold Administrators and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of their participation in this vote.
